What this replaces

• A CSR hire: $40k+/yr in salary and benefits, answers only while they're on shift. Bullpen is a fraction of that seat, around the clock — and when you are ready for that hire, we're the overflow and after-hours layer they'll thank you for.

• A human answering service: takes messages on a per-minute meter — at 150 calls a month (~600 minutes) that's ~$1,170/mo, and you still call everyone back. Bullpen books the job while the customer is on the line.

Notes

• Month-to-month after the first 90 days — no long-term contract required.

• Call allotments cover most shops with room to spare. Run hotter than your tier? We'll flag it before you hit the cap — move up a tier or pay the overage ($3 per extra answered call on Starter, $2 on Core and up), whichever is cheaper for you.

• Setup includes call-flow design, integration with Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Google Calendar, and two weeks of recording review.

• Real emergencies never wait: intake only, deterministic triggers, straight transfer to your on-call tech — and a human calls the customer back within 10 minutes if the line's busy.

• A missed emergency call is a lost $300–$3,000 job. One saved job per month covers the fee.

• Every deployment starts with a 2-week tuning period.
